本キャンペーンに参加される前に、以下の本キャンペーン利用規約（以下、「本利用規約」といいます。）をお読みいただき、これらの条件に同意された場合のみ、本キャンペーンに参加いただけます。参加者は本利用規約に同意されたものとみなし、本利用規約や本キャンペーンの運営方法について一切異議等を申し立てないものとします。 なお、「参加者」とは、本キャンペーンへの応募や投稿などの参加行為のいずれかを行った者を指します。

商品の購入による当選確率の上昇はありません。当選の確率は、応募期間中になされた有効な応募の総数によって決まります。法律で禁止されている地域では無効です。すべての紛争は拘束力のある仲裁によってのみ解決され、応募者は集団訴訟形式で申し立てを行う権利を放棄します。

ご応募いただきました参加者の個人情報は、当社により管理させていただきます。プロモーション及び賞品の発送、個人を特定しない形でのマーケティング活用以外の目的では使用いたしません。

【注意事項】
以下のいずれかに該当する場合、応募及び当選権利は無効とさせていただきます。

当社からの連絡が不到達の場合。ただし、当社の責に帰する事由による場合を除く。
当社からの連絡に対し、期日までに対応いただけない場合。
参加者の連絡不能等の理由により、賞品、当選通知のお届けが出来ない場合。
当社が定める応募要項を満たさない場合。
本キャンペーンへの応募にあたり、不正行為（※）を働いたことが発覚した場合。
※不正行為とは、キャンペーンサイトへの不正なアクセス、SNSのアカウントやメールアドレスを不正に取得したり大量に取得する行為、名前やメールアドレスその他の情報を偽って応募・登録したりする行為などをさします。

本キャンペーンに関するサイトへのインターネット通信料・接続料は参加者のご負担となります。
通信の際の接続トラブルにつきましては、責任を負いかねますので、ご了承ください。

【キャンペーンの変更・中断・中止について】
本キャンペーンは、以下のいずれかが起こった場合や当社の判断において、参加者への事前告知なく本キャンペーンの内容・賞品を変更・中断・中止、アドレス（URL）を変更することができるものとし、参加者はこれに承諾します。その結果、参加者、または第三者が被った損害については、当社は一切責任を負いません。

定期的、または緊急にハード・ソフト等の保守・点検を行う場合
システムの不具合等により、本キャンペーンの運営ができなくなった場合
コンピュータシステムの不良、および第三者からの不正アクセス、コンピュータウイルスの感染等により本キャンペーンを運営できなくなった場合
火災、停電等により本キャンペーンを運営できなくなった場合
地震、洪水、津波、噴火等の天災、感染症の蔓延により本キャンペーンの運営ができなくなった場合
戦争、動乱、暴動、騒乱、労働争議等により本キャンペーンの運営ができなくなった場合
法律、法令による規制、官公庁の指導等により本キャンペーンが運営できなくなった場合
SNSの規約の変更、仕様の変更、SNSにおけるシステムの不具合、SNSによる本キャンペーンへの規制、指導、なんらかの措置等により、本キャンペーンが運営できなくなった場合
その他、運営上、あるいは技術上、当社が本キャンペーンの変更・中断・中止を判断した場合

当社は参加者へ通知した後、本規約を改定、追加、変更および廃止することができる他、適切な運用を行うために必要な対応をとることができるものとします。その際、当社は、公式WEBサイトでの掲示その他適切な方法により本応募規約を変更する旨及び本応募規約の変更後の内容を周知するものとし、別途記載のない限り、変更後の本応募規約の公開日をもって当該本応募規約の効力が発生するものとします。

【免責】
当社は、本キャンペーンが稼動するシステム機器等の障害やシステムの不具合が発生した場合、誠意をもって速やかに復旧作業をいたします。
前項のシステム機器等の障害やシステムの不具合によって参加者または第三者が何らかの損害を被った場合でも、当社の故意もしくは重過失によるものでない限り、当社はその一切の責任を負わないものとします。
当社は、参加者の希望に応じて提供されたものであるか否かにかかわらず、本キャンペーンまたは参加者宛て電子メールにおいて提供した情報の正確性、信頼性、有益性その他の事項について保証せず、それらの情報を利用した結果について一切責任を負いません。
上記のほか、参加者が本キャンペーンへの参加により何らかの損害を被った場合であっても、当社は、本キャンペーンの運営を適正に行っている限り責任を負いません。また、前文の定めに関わらず、当社に故意または重過失がない場合も、当社は責任を負いません。
なお、本利用規約に基づく本キャンペーン参加に関する契約が消費者契約法に定める消費者契約に該当する場合、本利用規約のうち、当社の損害賠償責任を完全に免責する部分は適用されないものとし、当社の故意・重過失に起因する場合を除き、直接かつ通常生じうる損害の範囲内で、損害賠償責任を負うものとします。

【準拠法】
本キャンペーンの参加、ならびに本利用規約の解釈および適用は、他に別段の定めのない限り、日本国法に準拠するものとします。

【合意管轄】
当社と参加者の間で生じた紛争については、その訴額に応じて東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

【賠償責任】
応募内容、本キャンペーンの利用に関連して参加者と第三者との間に紛争が発生した場合に、参加者は、自身の責任と費用で当該紛争を解決するものとし、当社に一切損害を与えることのないようにするものとします。万一当社に損害を与えた場合、当社は、当該参加者に対し、損害賠償の請求ができるものとします。

【個人情報の取り扱いについて】
参加者の個人情報は、当社の「個人情報等保護方針」にそって厳重に管理いたします。

TATIS JR. AUTOGRAPHED MEMORABILIA SWEEPSTAKES (THE “SWEEPSTAKES”)

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT. TRAVEL NOT INCLUDED WITH ANY PRIZE.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of any age of Japan. Minors must have consent from a parental/legal guardian before applying. Employees, officers, and directors, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household (whether or not related), of the MLB Entities and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entity associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate or win a prize. “Sponsor” means Konami Digital Entertainment. “MLB Entities” means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“MLB”), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Void outside the Eligible Territory and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule, or regulation.

HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 12:00 PM Japan Standard Time (“JST”) on November 4, 2026 and ends at 8:59 AM JST on November 18, 2026 (“Entry Period”). Any times set forth herein are based on Japan Standard Time. You may enter the Sweepstakes via online entry form only. No other method of entry will be accepted.

1. Online Method: To enter online, go to https://pawaspi-point.konami.net/ and click on the Sweepstakes banners, buttons, and/or links to access the online entry form for the Sweepstakes. By successfully transmitting a completed online entry form during the Entry Period as directed, you will be entered into the drawing for such Entry Period. All information submitted online by entrants is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, “PAWASPI POINT CLUB” Terms of Use (accessible at https://pawaspi-point.konami.net/general/tos) and Privacy Policy (accessible at https://legal.konami.com/games/privacy-jp/ja/). Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the entry form to be eligible. Incomplete and/or inaccurate entries are void. All online entries must include a valid email address for the entrant. Online entrants to the Sweepstakes may be given the option to receive (a) commercial email from Sponsor and/or (b) mobile text messages and updates from Sponsor; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant’s consent to receive such emails and/or mobile text messages and updates and consenting to receive such emails and/or mobile text messages and updates will not impact any entrant’s chances of winning. Standard messaging rates apply to mobile text messages and updates. Check with your mobile service provider for more information.

RANDOM DRAWING; ODDS: On or about 11/19/2026 (“Drawing Date”), the potential winners will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winners will be declared the official winners of the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE: There are eight (8) total prizes to be awarded. The prizes are four (4) autographed baseballs signed by Fernando Tatis Jr. and four (4) autographed baseball caps signed by Fernando Tatis Jr. (collectively, the “Autographed Merchandise”). Eight (8) winners shall each receive one (1) piece of Autographed Merchandise. The Sweepstakes allows applicants to enter for either an autographed baseball or an autographed baseball cap, depending on the applicant’s preference.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: All prize details shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. Each winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable taxes (including income and withholding taxes). Shipping costs related to the delivery of the prizes will be borne by the Sponsor, Konami Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd. However, all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use that are not specifically included in the prize description above, including but not limited to transportation, lodging, meals, gratuities, insurance, taxes, customs duties, and any other expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions except at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize (or any portion thereof) with a prize of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion.

NOTIFICATION: Each potential winner will be notified at the email address provided at the time of entry (the "Prize Notification"). In the event that any potential winner declines the prize for any reason, a disqualification will result, the prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries. Noncompliance with these Official Rules, or, the return of Prize Notification or of the prize (or any portion thereof) as non-deliverable may result in the potential winner’s disqualification and prize forfeiture and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, may cause an alternate potential winner to be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries for the applicable Entry Period.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to (a) be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, and (b) waive any and all claims against Sponsor, the MLB Entities, and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other company associated with the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Sweepstakes, receipt or use of any prize (or any portion thereof), or any travel or activity related thereto. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant gives his/her express permission to be contacted by Sponsor by telephone, email, and/or postal mail for Sweepstakes purposes.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, misdirected, lost, misrouted, scrambled, damaged, delayed, undelivered, mutilated, postage-due, or garbled entries, transmissions, email, or mail; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, cable, satellite, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), wireless network, website, or other connections; availability, accessibility, miscommunications, or failures of computer, satellite, telephone, cable, or wireless transmissions or lines; computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; wireless service congestion; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines, telephone systems, wireless towers, or cellular tower equipment; any error, omission, interruption, defect, or delay in wireless or other transmission, processing, or communication; printing, typographical, or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements, or other materials; cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition; or any other errors, problems, or difficulties of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, or other, relating to the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with administration of the Sweepstakes, processing of entries, announcement of any winner, or any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users (e.g., hacking) or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to entrant’s or to any other person's computer and/or wireless device related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the Sweepstakes website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website; attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices; intend to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant or any representative of Sponsor and/or MLB; or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Sponsor shall have the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Sweepstakes and to resolve all disputes in its sole discretion. Released Parties (a) make no warranty, guaranty, or representation of any kind concerning any prize (or any portion thereof) and (b) disclaim any implied warranty. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Sponsor and MLB reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) in the event Sponsor is prevented from executing the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond Sponsor’s control, including but not limited to: fire; flood; earthquake; explosion; public health epidemic or crisis; labor dispute or strike; act of God or public enemy; network or equipment failure; riot or civil disturbance; terrorist threat or activity; war (declared or undeclared); court order; or federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation. Sponsor and MLB also reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes or events corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify winners and award prizes by way of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of cancellation. Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT AND SPONSOR, MLB, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Entries generated by a script, macro, or other mechanical or automated means will be disqualified. In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of any potential winner based on email address, the winning entry will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry, provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. The “Authorized Account Holder” is the natural person to whom the applicable ISP or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) has assigned the submitted email address for the domain associated with such email address.

ARBITRATION; CLASS ACTION WAIVER: As a condition of entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that (a) any and all disputes, claims, controversies, or causes of action arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded (each, a "Claim") shall be arbitrated on an individual basis only and shall not be consolidated or joined with or in any arbitration or other proceeding involving a Claim of any other party and (b) under no circumstance will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan, applicable to contracts entered into and performed exclusively in that country.
